Black and White Mini Cupcakes
Just for a fun, mini cupcakes elegant … And when I see the contest “Chic Cupcakes” Cupcakes from madness and other goodies, I think … want and if I was publishing;)! So here’s my contribution
(amount to about 40 minis by cons I did not pay attention to the sugar paste or royal icing)

Ingredients for mini cupcakes:
* 150 g soft butter
* 150 g powdered sugar
* 3 eggs
* 175 g raising flour (flour called cake)
* 1/4 teaspoon teaspoon salt
* 1 tbsp. coffee vanilla extract
For the filling:
* Nutella
* Pulp black and white sugar
* The royal icing
* Silver beads
I preheat the oven to 180 °. I place the boxes on plates in the oven (do not overtighten otherwise the cupcakes will be distorted).
I work in the butter with a whisk cream, I add the sugar, I work well, then add the eggs, I mix and vanilla extract, flour and salt.
Using spoons I fill small boxes (half a teaspoon).
I shoves 8 min (this is good when the tip of a knife comes out clean).
I put the cupcakes on a wire rack to cool.
I put a dollop of Nutella on each cupcake.
On the worktop dusted with icing sugar, I lowered Finely sugar paste.
I cut using various cutters jagged shapes, flowers and butterflies.
I put the flowers on the white chocolate, and I stick with royal icing in a pastry bag black flowers and butterflies. I added silver beads that I stick with royal icing.
